The Basic Kitchen Design Package is intended to get you started in your renovation journey. I do not sell kitchen cabints, so you can be sure, that when I come to your home to start this process, you will get good advice to suit your budget, timeline and lifestyle, without the pressure of paying a depsoit to a contractor or kitchen company. When we are done, the design, drawings and details are yours to own, without committing a despoist to a contractor or Kitchen company. You can choose from any number of local contractors, cabinet manufacturers and suppliers to complete your project on your timeline, and your budget.
Basic Kitchen Design Package
- Measurements and on-site Consultation- I come to site to take detailed measurements and discuss your dreams for the space. I will also look at what currently works, and we will discuss real numbers in terms of budget and how much renovation pain you are willing to go through.
- Preliminary concept drawings- I will provide drawings of my proposed design direction based on our conversation and the limitations of the space. After discussion, they will be adjusted in review until you are satisfied with the direction we are moving in. This may require a few Video Calls, or emails back and forth.
- Final design package- The final design will have details on cabinet style, door style, color, finish, wood species, flooring, wall color, tile concepts and appliance recommendations. This package is designed to be presented to your contractor and cabinet makers for estimating purposes. You own the design at this point, so you can take it as many suppliers as you'd like, to get the best price and fit for your project.
